Meet Dr. Stratton
Dr. Ryan Stratton received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2003 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU).
Upon graduation Dr. Stratton reported for active duty at the U.S. Army Endodontic Program at Ft. Bragg, NC where he received his endodontic certificate in 2005. During his 6 year commitment, Dr. Stratton deployed to Baghdad, Iraq with 502nd Dental Company where he was the only endodontist for all uniformed soldiers and contractors serving in theater. Dr. Stratton has given lectures on proper diagnosis, pain management, and surgical and non-surgical root canal techniques. He also integrated a training program where newly graduated army dentists would have one-on-one instruction in root canal therapy to help prepare them for future deployments. Dr. Stratton has been selected by his peers as a 5280 “top doc”.
Dr. Stratton is married to his sweetheart, Heather, and they have been blessed to have 5 wonderful boys. Dr. Stratton enjoys woodworking, camping, skiing, biking, and anything else that involves the outdoors.
